Libelle is the Chiming Complien. It is a Spectral and Sound-type Complien. It is the evolved form of Haunbell.
Appearance[]
Libelle has a round, white head with two yellow eyes, blue stripes on the side, which long arms with red and white bands protrude from, and a blue section with a star in it, mostly covered by a large, bronze bell. The bell is cracked down the middle, and on the sides contains ancient incantations from a Complien language, supposedly used to call forth the deceased. The bottom of Libelle's body has several red and blue ribbons.
Info[]
Libelles are a Complien commonly found in large, abandoned areas, where many may have once lived. With a ring of the broken bell on its head, it is able to call forth the deceased in the area, giving their new ghostly forms a sort of freedom. Libelles are very uncommon, just short of being classified as rare, and as such, are not typically seen by many. Libelles, while frail, can be fairly powerful in their ability to rise ghosts from the dead. However, Libelles are not with malicious intent, only wishing to be reunited for someone they may have once loved. If the attempts to revive a long lost loved one of a Libelle remain unsuccessful, a Libelle may stay in one spot and mourn for long periods of time, before moving on. Libelles have gained symbolic meanings in Nagthoto, where they are found most often, and have become a symbol of that nation.

Trivia[]
- Libelle was planned to be added to the wiki for the Fourth of July, or the American Independence Day, but due to time restrictions, involving a typing reform and some fireworks, it was pushed back to the fifth.
