Startist has a black head with stars for eyes and a mouth. He has a star for a cap. He is wearing a smock with small bits of space on it. He has two black arms. One of them is holding the paintbrush he used to paint the stars. He also has two legs with one star on each one.

He used his paintbrush to paint the stars. That seems like a hard job for a Complien that's only one dekanobb tall, but he still completed the job. He painted about 6 sextillion stars and they all shine to this day.
